Lady Gaga -- Fastening the Chastity Belt

Lady Gaga says she doesn't have time for sex on her "Monster Ball" tour -- and has sworn off the deed completely after ending things with her boyfriend.

During the Viva Glam charity launch in London yesterday, the singer told reporters she's gone celibate after breaking up with the dude she was with -- a member of her creative team Haus of GaGa:

Gaga quipped, "I'm single. I haven't got time to spend on the road to get to know anyone. Even Lady GaGa can be celibate, you don't have to have sex to be loved."

... just weird clothes.
