Nicole Richie -- The Next Lil' Kim?

Nicole Richie had an embarrassing job in her past -- and no, we're not talking about "The Simple Life."

Nicole was on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" today, where she revealed she was in a rap group called Caution when she was 8 -- and even dropped a few rhymes.

As for her wedding with BF and babydaddy Joel Madden, Richie said it will be "soon."
