Miley Cyrus -- Wish Come True

World Wish Day is today -- but Miley Cyrus got a head start on the festivities last night with a free concert in L.A.



The "Hannah Montana" star headlined the WWD show at The Grove -- and hung out with 30 children who wished to meet her after for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
