Lindsay Lohan's Lucky Charm

Lindsay Lohan picked up some free swag over the weekend -- and, given all her legal drama, one of the items she got could really come in handy!


We're told Linds got a bracelet from Brittny Gastineau's Tres Glam jewelry line at the Montage Hotel's MTV Movie Awards Lounge, but this ain't no regular trinket.

The "Anti-Envy Charm Bracelet" symbolizes good luck and supposedly grants "protection against the evil eye."

Hopefully, Linds grabbed more than one.
