Rosie Huntington-Whiteley may be playing Shia LaBeouf's love interest in the next "Transformers" flick -- but in real life, her main man is "Transporter" star Jason Statham.
Jason and Rosie got cozy yesterday in Santa Monica, when they were seen walking hand-in-hand after lunch.
The Victoria Secret model's currently filming "Transformers 3," which opens July 2011.
