'Modern Family' Kids Give 'Extreme Makeover'

Rico Rodriguez, Ariel Winter and Nolan Gould of "Modern Family" teamed up with Ty Pennington and the team of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" to give back to a neighborhood in need.

Thanks to a few photos that Ty tweeted earlier today, we get a sneak peek into some of the work they've been doing in Baltimore, MD.

According to the Baltimore Sun, the "Family" kids are helping build a 11,120 foot home -- the biggest in "Makeover" history.

You'll see the crew yell "Move that bus!" when the episode airs in September.
