Gomez Loses Voice, Goes Robot on Late Night
Selena Gomez lost her voice yesterday -- but she wasn't about to let a pesky little thing like not being able to talk stop her from going on "Lopez Tonight."
Equipped with a battery operated talking box called a DynaVox and a dry erase board, Gomez pre-programmed her answers for George Lopez -- and let the computer do all the talking!
As part of her birthday present from the show -- Selena just turned 18 -- the gizmo was then donated to the Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles in her name.
