The poofed "Jersey Shore" star and new beau Jeff Miranda, 24, were all over each other this weekend in Seaside Heights -- holding hands and locking lips for everyone on the boardwalk to see.

According to PEOPLE, Miranda is a veteran of the Iraq war, runs a video production company and enjoys working on cars.
