Elle Magazine marked its 25th birthday by picking their favorite 20-somethings who they think will do big things in the next 25 years.

Making the list: Megan Fox, Amanda Seyfried, Lauren Conrad, Gabourey Sidibe, Mila Kunis and more, who all posed for the magazine -- which will have 4 different covers next month.
