Meredith Vieira recently dropped 10 pounds -- and now she's opening up on how she pulled it off.
The "Today" host tells Ladies' Home Journal she went on a 28 day detox of no sugar, wheat, gluten, alcohol or caffeine and began an exercise program of heavy weights to build muscle and burn calories.
It sounds like a lot of work, but according to Vieira, it was all worth it -- telling the mag “I started feeling better. I want to look healthy, be strong and feel good about myself.”
