Nick Cannon was out buying some balloons in NYC today -- the same day he and Mariah Carey officially announced they're having a baby.
No word on if the balloons were for wife Mariah, but we all know she loves some butterflies -- and we spot one inside the big one he's holding onto.
Carey is due in the Spring.
