The Situation is doing what he does best in new video from his Men's Fitness photo shoot: Taking off his shirt and showing off his trademark abs.


The "Jersey Shore" star works on the "G" quotient of his daily GTL routine in the shoot, where he's seen doing push-ups and pumping some serious iron.

Sitch tells the mag that working out is his "No. 1 commitment, because it builds the confidence and discipline you need to succeed in every domain of your life."
