Buon Appetito! "Jersey Shore" Stars Share Holiday Recipes!

The cast of "Jersey Shore" sure likes to eat! So with Christmas just days away, the show's breakout star, Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio, has exclusively shared with TooFab his mom Donna DiCarlos' holiday recipe for butter ball cookies.

Plus, fellow "Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino also shares his favorite holiday dish (think seafood with multiple legs!) with TooFab below too!

First, let's start with some antipasto! Vinny tells TooFab about a favorite dish of his to eat on Christmas Eve:

Grilled Octopus

-Grill octopus
-To add flavor and texture to the dish, add celery, onions, carrots, tomatoes and lemon dressing!

OK, let's skip right to dessert! Here's DJ Pauly D's mom's tasty recipe for butter ball cookies. (DJ Pauly D, meanwhile, just scored an amazing Christmas gift: MTV announced today that it closed a series option deal with the star and was picking up the pilot he shot in September for his own show!).

Butter Ball Cookies

1 cup of butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 tbsp confectioners sugar
2 cups sifted flour

Instructions:

-Cream butter, add sugar, continue to beat until light.
-Add vanilla and flour and mix well. Fold in nuts.
-Shape into small round balls on ungreased baking sheet.
-Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 15-18 minutes. Until bottom is light brown.
-When cooled, roll into confectioners sugar.
