They all look like they stuck their faces in cocaine, wiped their nose, slapped their cheeks and said ready let's go...
What kind of lighting did they have when they or whomever put on the makeup.
But this does give some insight...put white powder under the eyes and on the tip on the nose....just way less, if you want to look like a star!

It's high-definition make-up, probably with SPF in it. Unfortunately, they have to be careful being photographed wearing it because of how it reacts with the flash. It shows up!!! Not like regular powder. Their makeup people should know this!!

Um no, it's actually a powder "shield" that is there to make sure that eyeshadow and blush do not leak onto their makeup. Nice try on the HD theory though... lol

Nice try on the "shield" theory. the one on the far left is simply a case of too light of a concealer. For Nicole and Uma what happened here is they have on the so called "HD Powder", which is simply 100% silica powder. they most liekly looked just fine in real life, but the powder picks up the camera flash. this powder is actually great for photos, but it must be buffed in. Those pictures are what happend when it's not buffed in.
