"American Idol" has a tendency to save the best for last -- and last night that was Lauren Alaina.
The 15-year-old high school student from Rossville, GA said her inspiration was her cousin Holly, who survived a brain tumor and was in the audition room when she belted out Faith Hill's "Like We Never Loved At All."
But the best part of Lauren's time: After she got her golden ticket she was able to get Steven Tyler to sing a duet of "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing." Check out her audition above!
Other standouts included a former couple who awkwardly tried out together, Rob Bolin and Chelsee Oaks, former Miss Teen USA 2009 Stormi Henley and overalls wearing Matt Dillard.
Check out who else got a golden ticket to Hollywood -- and which wannabes clearly didn't cut it!
