What a difference a day makes -- as Jennifer Aniston showed off two different 'dos in as many days!


Jen, whose hair has always made headlines, showed up to a Madrid, Spain photocall today for "Just Go With It" with significantly shorter locks (left) -- after posing with hair past her shoulders the day before in Berlin (right).
