"True Blood" star Sam Trammell is going to have his hands full pretty soon -- because he's expecting twins!
Trammell, 40, and girlfriend of eight years Missy Yager confirmed she's pregnant, a rep for Sam telling People "The couple is thrilled and excited."
The two met doing theater in NY, the twins will be the couple's first children.
