THE FINAL ROSE: Who Won 'The Bachelor' Season Finale?

Though he refused to propose the first time around, second-time "Bachelor" Brad Womack did ask one of the women on tonight's season finale to marry him -- but was it Chantal O'Brien or Emily Maynard?

Womack told the winner "You're so much more to me than a leap of faith. You're the one ... I love you. You're my once in a lifetime" -- and presented her with a gorgeous Neil Lane engagement ring.

Totally artificial filmed series and so it is so hard to know but Emily's background and current life and Brad's seem so different. I think if he would make it with anyone he will make it with Chantel but she seemed tonite to be "moving on"
