FAB FOTOS: Serena Williams Steps Out After Pulmonary Embolism

Serena Williams went out for the first time since her pulmonary embolism -- and was spotted on a Girls' Night Out with some celebrity friends!


Williams, who was recently hospitalized with a blood clot in her lung, stepped out in some see-thru style with buddies Kelly Rowland, Kim Kardashian, Ciara, La La Vazquez and Brittny Gastineau at STK.

Earlier this month, Williams described her embolism as the "scariest moment of my life" but added that her lungs "are fairly healthy and just on road to recovery."
