Just days after giving birth, the reality TV star/stylist posted a photo on Twitter of her, husband Rodger Berman and little Skyler Morrison Berman -- who was born last week at Cedars-Sinai in L.A.

Along with the picture, the Bravo star tweeted "The 2 loves of my life...@rbermanus and Skyler Morrison. My life is complete."

After giving birth, Zoe also tweeted "Thank you all so much for your love! @rbermanus and I couldn't be happier with little Skyler Morrison in our arms...he is everything."

Skyler is the couple's first child.

Really happy for them, Roger seemed to really want a family. I love how Rachel is already glammed up again...however; I hope she keeps some of the weight, she looks 40 years younger when she's a size 5 versus size 0!
