Wisconsin teen Tara Frey is going to prom next week in a dress that took 6 years to make -- and it was made using a ton of Starburst wrappers!
Tara's mom, Kerrin, handmade the dress herself by folding different colored wrappers 8 times each, plus shoes and a purse to match!
Tara's boyfriend Zane even got his own vest ... and, judging by the video, he's not too enthused about it.
