Katy Perry has been dethroned as #1 on Maxim's Hot 100 list -- and Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been crowned the new queen!
The 24-year-old model-turned-actress takes Megan Fox's place as the the lead female in the new "Transformers" movie (watch the trailer here) -- and, according to Maxim, she's "even foxier" than Megan.
