Bristol Palin Admits to Surgery on Her Face

Bristol Palin is admitting she had some work done to her face -- but insists it wasn't cosmetic.

Sarah Palin's 20-year-old daughter had everyone screaming "Plastic surgery!" after she showed up to the White House Correspondents Dinner last week with a slimmer physique and face -- but she tells Us "It's not plastic surgery. I had corrective jaw surgery."

She also tells the mag "It improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons...so my jaw and teeth could properly realign...I don't obsess over my face.

Bristol likes the new look though -- saying "I look older, more mature, and don't have as much of a chubby little baby face!"

The surgery doesn't look bad. She looks more glamorous now. And, it seems to me that Mother Sarah has had lip injections -- when I saw some recent photos, her lips looked pretty puffy.

I think these gals' goals are to be rich and glamorous sex-symbols. A little like their friend Kate (of Kate + 8). Mother Sarah resigned to get rich, and she's achieved that goal. Now, if she can effectively have Bristol City glamourous too, they can make a lotta moolah and achieve their goals.

I but am personally getting ready to have orthognathic (corrective jaw)surgery for the opposite bite problem, I have a class 3 underbite. By moving the jaw just millimeters it does drastically change the face. Not a big Palin fan, but to be fair she didn't have plastic surgery. Also, having your jaw cut, moved, and rebuilt with cadaver bone has to hurt a little. She probably couldn't eat for a few weeks, hence the weight loss.

Grow up kids...my daughter who is now well into her 30's had this same surgery when 15 yrs.old...It is rough to go thru and it does wonders for the person who achieves it...IT IS A MEDICAL PROCEDURE.
Haters of the Palin's better prepare themselves...she will be the next President who will clean up this Nation...Drill Sarah Drill....you have these yo`ho's scared to death...go girl...

Everyone has a TMJ, it's a temporal mandibular joint. Kinda hard to have a jaw without having two of them. Not everyone has TMJD - temporal mandibular joint DISORDER.
