First Photo: Mariah Carey All Smiles After Giving Birth!

We've got your first glimpse of Mariah Carey since giving birth to twins -- and she's glowing!

The photo, taken when the new mom and husband Nick Cannon left the hospital on Saturday, shows a smiley Carey riding shotgun in their Rolls Royce with their newborns in the backseat.

Son Moroccan was covered with a blue blanket while daughter Monroe had a pink one.

In other Mariah news, Nick revealed she would be releasing an album this year -- telling the New York Daily News "She’s been working away, and we have a studio in the crib, and the pregnancy has totally inspired her on so many different levels."

He adds, "You’re definitely gonna see some new phenomenal music from Mariah."

It's amazing how people can attack celebrities. They are human & were once nobody's just like us. Now they are well known & perhaps more well off than the rest of us, but to hear someone call a woman a fat cow after just delivering twins!!! This is why celebrities get plastic surgery, & fall victim to low self esteem cause of people like you. Congrats Mariah & Nick, take this time to enjoy your little one's.
