Prince William and Kate Middleton flew overseas today for their big trip to North America -- and Kate changed mid-flight for the welcoming committee!
While Kate was seen wearing a royal blue dress and blazer when she boarded the plane at Heathrow Airport in the UK, she emerged from the plane in Ottawa, Canada in a lacy blue and white dress from Canadian designer Erdem Moralioglu.
She paired the Canada look with nude pumps and matching clutch.
Prince William made a minor change to his outfit too -- by donning a small Canadian flag pin for his arrival.
The duo will stop in Ottawa, Quebec, Montreal, Prince Edward Island and Calgary before heading to Los Angeles on July 8.
