Vanessa Hudgens Shows Off Short, New Hair 'Do

Looks like Vanessa Hudgens wasn't wearing a wig as part of her shocking transformation for a new movie -- as she stepped out yesterday with a short new 'do!

Looking a lot more cleaned up than she did on the set of "Gimme Shelter," Hudgens showed off her new look alongside also-short haired Hayden Panettiere at an event for Neutrogena’s 2nd Annual Wave for Change.

The two helped kids made disaster relief kits for a school in Alabama which was affected by tornadoes.

ewww totally not the look for her. I don't know if it's just because we are used to seeing her with longer hair but that doesnt look good
