Matthew Perry just bought a new home in the Hollywood Hills.
To quote his "Friends" character Chandler Bing, could it be any more awesome?
Perry dropped a reported $8.65 million for the 4000 square-foot pad, which has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The sleek and stylish home boasts an outdoor dining room, synthetic lawn with giant flower sculpture, a silent garage door, infinity pool and a personal movie theater.
That's "Friends" money for you!
