Paul Rudd is in the market for a "hot, juiced, tan guy" -- and hopes "Jersey Shore" is the key to his happiness.

Rudd and Anne Hathaway appeared on Conan last night as part of a "Jersey Shore" audition skit, where they quoted Snooki, Jwoww, Angelina and Pauly D.
