The Top 17 acts for "The X Factor" have been announced -- and a couple of them got Hollywood makeovers in some brand new promo pics.
It's 13-year-old Rachel Crow, soulful singer Chris Rene, college student Melanie Amaro and more like you've never seen them before. Check out the gallery above to see all 17 acts.
The live performances kick off next Tuesday during an almost-too-long two-and-a-half hour episode starting at 8pm.
