"My Girl" Star Hits the Red Carpet -- Plus More Child Stars Now!

Anna Chlumsky had everyone crying 20 years ago when "My Girl" came out in 1991 -- but last night, she hit the red carpet looking red hot!

Chlumsky, who played "Vada Sultenfuss" alongside a young Macaulay Culkin in the tearjerker flick, was spotted at the premiere of Oscar-bait "The Iron Lady," looking gorgeous in a red dress and black heels.

Both Anna and Macaulay have been M.I.A. from the limelight recently -- with Culkin's last public appearance being an Oscar tribute to John Hughes in 2010.
