Too Drab: What the Heck Are They Wearing?!

Normally on toodrab, we criticize stars' outfits.

But a few celebrities stepped out with hair so heinous that we had to feature them. Shenae Grimes, Kaley Cuoco and Jessica Stroup are some of the prettiest girls in Hollywood, so we're not quite sure why they stepped out with these bad hairdos.
