Lady Gaga's Hair Bow Makes Its Return -- Is She Running Out of Ideas?

Lady Gaga is known for her inventiveness, but even she recycles a look once in awhile.

The singer stepped out yesterday accessorized with a bow made out of hair -- a look she sported when she first burst onto the scene in 2008.

Her round sunglasses aren't new either -- she sported similar pairs in her "Paparazzi" video. Her outfit consisted of a unremarkable black dress and matching gloves.

We've been spoiled with so many amazing Gaga looks this is a bit of a let down. But we can't blame her for wearing something (relatively) simple after all her outrageous outfits (click on the "Launch Gallery" button above to see some of her looks).
