Mariah Carey: Nick Cannon Is In Stable Condition

Nick Cannon is out of the woods!

After being hospitalized for what Mariah Carey called "mild kidney failure" earlier this week in Aspen, Colorado -- and transferred to L.A. -- Nick is on the mend.

"Thank you everyone for all the love & concern," Mariah posted moments ago on her Twitter. "Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days. As always he's laughing and in good spirits."

To prove her point, she posted a photo of them in Nick's hospital room, Cannon with a big smile on his face while getting a kiss from his wife.

Nick also tweeted that he was "getting back to business" and shared another shot of him getting a haircut in his room.
