Nick Carter Gets Bieber Bangs -- Like the Look?

Backstreet Boy Nick Carter celebrated his 32nd birthday this weekend by getting a much younger hairdo -- Bieber bangs!

The singer showed off his surprising new look at Vanity Nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

We're not really loving the look, which makes him just look like an older guy trying to look like the young, cool kids.
