"American Idol's" grueling Hollywood Week has claimed another victim.
On Tuesday night's episode, contestant Imani Handy collapsed not one, not two, but three times during group round.
A victim of the "Idol" bug that gotten several others sick, Imani looked weak even before she performed. During her group rehearsed in the hallway, she passed out. Her group members continued without her, but Imani was determined to join them, but collapsed a second time.
Finally, with her mother's support, Imani joined her group on stage. She looked weak but sang her solo line, but then appeared shaky before slumping on the floor. Judge Randy Jackson told Johnny Keyser to stop singing as Imani's mother and medics attended her. Watch the video below:
Imani was helped to a chair, where she awaited her fate. She was cut, adding insult to injury. Johnny was the only one to make it through from her group.
This was the second dramatic video from Hollywood Week. Contestant Symone Black became disoriented and fell off the stage during Round 1.
