NBC's new show “Smash,” starring Season 5 “American Idol” runner-up Katharine McPhee, took on Adele's single “Rumor Has It” from the album 21. Although McPhee doesn't belt out a tune until a minute in, she and three backup dancers give a killer dance performance in the beginning.
“Glee” is known for its obscure way of covering all genres of music, but their mashup of Adele's “Rumor Has It” and “Someone Like You” was an instant hit, peaking at no. 11 on the Billboard Charts!
