Blake Lively's got it rough in her next movie, Oliver Stone's "Savages" -- where she makes out with hotties Taylor Kitsch and Aaron Johnson.
Blake, who already goes home to Ryan Reynolds every night in real life, is caught in a sexy love triangle in the first trailer for the new flick.
The movie finds the "Gossip Girl" star kidnapped by a Mexican drug cartel after her marijuana dealer boyfriends (yes, boyfriends) refuse to play nice.
The head of the cartel: Salma Hayek, who plays the villain deliciously.
The movie, which also stars John Travolta and Benicio Del Toro, opens July 6.
