Her mom Candy Spelling recently unloaded one of the most expensive properties ever sold (for $85 million, significantly down from her asking price of $150 million!), now Tori Spelling is following in her footsteps ... just on a much smaller scale.
Tori, 38, and husband Dean McDermott, 45, are expecting their fourth child later this year, meaning their 2,400-square-foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Malibu pad just isn't going to cut it anymore.
Listed for $2.675 million, the recently renovated home features 100-year-old French oak wood floors, an updated chef's kitchen and large master suite with his and hers closets. Judging by the photos, it seems little Liam, 5, and Stella, 3, shared a bedroom -- the brightly painted space is dinosaur-themed on one half, and pink and butterfly themed on the other!
