Cher has rocked some pretty memorable hairstyles in her 40+ year career, but none as huge as this!
The legendary entertainer made a surprise appearance at Saturday's GLAAD 23rd Annual Media Awards to present her son Chaz Bono the Stephen F. Kolzak Award.
"What I want to say is you are the most courageous person I know and you really deserve this award," Cher told Chaz, whose journey from becoming a woman to a man has been well covered by the press. Mary Bono Mack, Chaz's stepmom, was also on hand to present the award.
"Hunger Games" star Josh Hutcherson was presented the Vanguard Award by Benicio del Toro. Josh is a supporter of Straight But Not Narrow, an organization that encourages young straight men to support their gay peers.
"Modern Family" was named Outstanding Comedy while "Becoming Chaz," "Drop Dead Diva," and "Hot In Cleveland" also picked up TV honors.
