Stone and 27-year-old Martin Mica were seen holding hands before heading to the beach for an intimate makeout session ... all while photographers snapped away.

The two were first linked last month after they were spotted together at a Vogue Brazil party in Sao Paolo.

This makes Stone a certified cougar ... and good for her, he's hot!
