Paula Deen committed to making lifestyle changes, and it's definitely working -- she's lost 30 lbs. so far and looks great!
The Food Network star, who was always best known for using excessive amounts of butter, cheese, salt and sugar in her recipes, prompted the change after announcing in January that she'd been battling Type 2 diabetes.
She's now showing off the results on the cover of People, on stands this Friday.
The 65-year-old now forgoes her favorite fatty foods and has developed a love Greek salads and baked fish.
"It took me a couple of years to get to this point," Deen told the magazine.
"If you make a few small changes, they can add up to big results."
