Funnyman, Jamie Kennedy, just put his million dollar Los Feliz pad up for sale!
The "Scream" star has been living the bachelor life in quite the Los Angeles digs, but now he's saying goodbye to his a $1.9 million 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,400 square foot home.
Kennedy purchased the property for roughly $2.15 million back in 2007, and considering it's been fully-remodeled ... it sounds like a steal in this market!
