Jimmy Kimmel Pops the Question to Girlfriend Molly McNearney

Jimmy Kimmel is set to be married!

People was the first to report that the 44-year-old late night host popped the question to girlfriend Molly McNearney, 34, while the couple vacationed in South Africa.

Kimmel and McNeary work together on his show "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" where she is the head writer. They've dated since 2009.

This will be the second marriage for Jimmy, who also has two kids from his previous relationship, and Molly's first trip down the aisle.

Wedding planning isn't the only big item on Kimmel's to-do list -- he's set to host the Primetime Emmy Awards on Sept. 23.
