It's been almost four years since Jenny McCarthy posed for her first Shape magazine cover (above right) ... and she looks just as fit now and she did then!
The 40-year-old opens up to the mag about how she keeps her fit figure and her favorite food splurges.
Jenny admitted she works hard for her hard body; she does yoga twice a week in addition to strength training and running five times a week! She balances her rigorous routine in between being a full-time mom to her 10-year-old son Evan and her own upcoming late night talk show on VH1.
Her No. 1 tip for working out? "You just gotta do it," she tells the mag. Like the rest of us, Jenny is human and from time to time the comedian indulges in chocolate milk when she's craving something sweet.
McCarthy also shares her favorite healthy snack -- watermelon -- because the fruit is filling and a natural diuretic.
