Kim Kardashian and Kanye West partied at 1 Oaks in Sin City last night, marking their first public appearance together since they announced the reality star's pregnancy. They were seen celebrating with Kim's mom Kris Jenner, Lance Bass, John Legend and his fiancée Chrissy Teigen -- and were snapped smooching at the stroke of midnight.
And they weren't the only one sharing their midnight kisses with fans and photographers.
"Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino planted one on Melanie Iglesias, Sarah Hyland of "Modern Family" locked lips with her boyfriend Matt Prokop and Amber Rose kissed her baby daddy Wiz Khalifa.
And the biggest kiss of them all had to be between Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris, who got married last night at the Playboy Mansion!
