Kim Kardashian Debuts Baby Bump!

She's starting to show!

Kim Kardashian put her pregnancy curves on display as she left the gym Wednesday night, in Los Angeles.

The reality starlet sported tight leggings and a see-through tank ... which definitely showed off her growing baby bump and changing figure.

The 31-year-old has admitted that she's "petrified" about gaining too much weight during her pregnancy -- but, at least it seems like she's staying fit with a regular fitness routine.

Kim tweeted, "Was so lazy but had to get that workout in! I'm so not a night workout person."

This will be the first child for Kim and her beau, Kanye West -- the baby is due in July.
