Oh, Wait: Did Marion Cotillard Have a Wardrobe Malfunction at the BAFTAs, Too?

Unfortunately for most of us who like to see Marion Cotillard far less dressed, no, she didn't have a malf, but she did make the decision to wear a dress from the very same collection that Jennifer Lawrence wore to the SAG awards a few weeks back that had people wondering the very same thing: "Oh, snap, did Jennifer Lawrence have a wardrobe malfunction at the SAGs?"

On the whole, I guess you might still categorize it underneath "wardrobe malfunction," granted it's an entirely different kind of wardrobe malfunction altogether (read: silly, silly dress choice, girl).

This is what Marion Cotillard wore to last night's BAFTA awards, and unfortunately for her, she didn't do it any better than Jennifer Lawrence did a few weeks ago, suffice it to say.

The Dior dress is just super awkward to begin with, generally unflattering, and I'm still trying to figure out why it's all net underneath that first tier rather than, you know, more yellow dress fabric. To save money? Save face? Save from having to worry about those pesky waist darts or whatever?

I don't know, but one thing is for sure: I will be glad to see this dress die a slow death for the 2013 awards season, you know? Thank God for small favors is all I'm saying.
