Snooki has come a long way since season one of "Jersey Shore."
Not only has she transformed her lifestyle, but also her body -- and in the new issue of Us Weekly, she shows off her 42-pound weight loss!
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, who also tweeted a photo of her fit frame last month (above right), says she owes her new body to a heavy workout and diet plan.
The reality TV star and new mom says her main goal was get back to her pre-pregnancy weight of 110 lb ... a goal she went above and beyond.
She now hits the gym with a trainer up to 4 times a week, has an elliptical machine at home and eats an average of 1,100-1,300 calories a day.
"Hard work pays off ... big thanks to my trainer," Snooki tweeted after unveiling her impressive cover photo, where she looks more Maxim magazine than Mom.
