Beth Ditto Was Arrested in Oregon, Yelled Obama's Name in the Street

The headline about sums it all up, because that's exactly what happened: Beth Ditto, lead singer of Gossip, allegedly got all wasted and belligerent in a Oregon bar this past weekend, and when she was thrown out into the street, she kicked off her shoes and began chanting, "Obama! Obama! Obama" over and over again - or so says the police report. 

She was eventually arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct, and was released on her own recognizance. The end! 

No, but seriously, can we talk about how awesome Beth Ditto generally is when she's not doing silly things like getting thrown out of drinking establishments for overindulging on their product? Because Beth Ditto's still pretty awesome - and even if you didn't vote for President Obama, wouldn't Barry O be one of the first people you'd call to come and pick you up from a bar if you got into trouble? No? Oh. OK then.

Anyway, doesn't girl look so good, all drunkface and shoelessness aside?
