Amanda Bynes is taking steps to fix her image ... starting with her hair!
After she was seen sporting ratty, Britney Spears-circa-2007 hair earlier this week, the former child star went and got her hair did on Tuesday and emerged with a much better 'do.

While the blowout is definitely an improvement, Amanda clearly misses being brunette.
Earlier in the day she posted a photo of darker-haired version of herself on Twitter with the message "I love my hair this way."
But it's not just her follicles she's working on. Bynes, 27, is also tackling her weight.
"I feel pregnant when I'm fat! I'm working out constantly," she tweeted on Tuesday after seeing some unflattering photos of her on E!'s "Chelsea Lately."
Today, she added "it's hard getting in shape with an eating disorder."
